Under a bequest from Dr. Pisk to the American Musicological Society, the AMS established the Paul A. Pisk Prize, awarded annually to a graduate music student for a scholarly paper accepted for the program of the Annual Meeting of the Society.  The prize currently carries an honorarium of $1,000.  For guidelines see the annual Directory of the American Musicological Society.
